Dawn Edits & Designs Company, LLC does not offer refunds. All sales are final, and all payments/deposits are non-refundable. Once payment is made, the project is active and the sale is final.

If you choose to cancel your order, all work completed up to that point will be delivered as-is, the project will stop immediately, and no reimbursement will be issued.

Any refund considerations due to an issue on our end will be determined solely at our discretion. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks for fulfilled or active orders will be handled by our attorney.
Dawn Edits & Designs Company, LLC includes three (3) revisions per project. After the third revision, additional revisions will incur a minimum fee of $10 each. Revisions include, but are not limited to, updates to fonts, colors, sizing, and layout.

Please note: Revision turnaround times are separate from the base project turnaround and require an additional 2–3 business days per revision cycle.
