You will receive an email from our team within 24–48 hours with your client portal login information, along with next steps tailored to the service you ordered. Your client portal will include everything you need to get started — including questionnaires, forms, project updates, and communication details

Dawn Edits & Designs Company, LLC includes three (3) revisions per project. After the third revision, additional revisions will incur a minimum fee of $10 each. Revisions include, but are not limited to, updates to fonts, colors, sizing, and layout.

Please note: Revision turnaround times are separate from the base project turnaround and require an additional 2–3 business days per revision cycle.

Dawn Edits & Designs Company, LLC does not offer refunds. All sales are final, and all payments/deposits are non-refundable. Once payment is made, the project is active and the sale is final.

If you choose to cancel your order, all work completed up to that point will be delivered as-is, the project will stop immediately, and no reimbursement will be issued.
